I attended the Workshop on Saturday, April 27, 2024 and it was amazing. The Inspirational Speakers, atmosphere and food was excellent. I did not know anyone there, but was blessed to sit next to two nice ladies, [names removed].

I had many takeaways from all Speakers, too many to document here. All I can say is WOW. I found everything presented in the Self Care and Accountability resonated with me. I got many nuggets from the other presentations as well which I have started to put into practice. I came away with the answer that I was looking for. I did some self introspection and recognized that I have being giving too much of my power away to others and I have to do more for myself to live my best life. Also, that I am accountable to myself to make that change. I read somewhere, "If it is going to BE it's up to ME"

I received several gut punch moments today and am already feeling energized to dig into my goals again. I accomplished a lot during the last quarter and felt very "blank" when thinking about the next quarter. Today I received messages of faith and inspiration SO BIG that I've been sharing videos and small clips with my friends (who are mad they didn't take up my offer to join). The first event is always the milestone and I'm so happy that I could be a part of this. If this is the first, I can't even picture what it'll look like next year.
